When can I start booking?
Ratbli launches on 1 October 2026, starting with hotels. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
How can I pay?
mada, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also buy now and pay later in instalments through our approved payment partners, or pay cash on delivery in Riyadh.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Choose buy now, pay later at checkout. Approval and instalment terms are set by the payment partner.
Is cash on delivery available everywhere?
Cash on delivery is available for eligible bookings in Riyadh, with a SAR 500 service fee that is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
What if I need to cancel?
Every booking shows the supplier's cancellation terms before you pay. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and can take up to 14 business days to appear. Read our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Do I earn rewards?
Yes. Eligible bookings earn STC Qitaf points.
Can I get help in Arabic?
Yes. Our customer support team works in Arabic and English.
